Can 10 Squats a Day Really Teach You to Be a Better Solopreneur?

I started The Super Patch 30-Day Squats & Sit-Ups Challenge with just 10 reps a day. By committing to consistency, accountability, and growth, I’m proving that small daily actions in fitness—and business—lead to big results.

Spread the Love

I never thought I’d be the kind of person to announce on the internet that I’m doing squats and sit-ups every day for a month. But here we are—because sometimes growth looks like stepping way outside your comfort zone (and yes, probably groaning through the first few reps).

Building Stamina in Business and Life

If you know me, you know this: I am not a fitness influencer. In fact, the thought of committing to thirty days of daily squats and sit-ups makes me want to roll my eyes and curl back under the covers. But here I am—publicly declaring that I’ve joined The Super Patch 30-Day Squats & Sit-Ups Challenge.

Why? Because as a solopreneur over 40, I’ve learned that growth doesn’t come from staying comfortable. It comes from testing limits, showing up when it feels inconvenient, and building resilience one small action at a time.

Starting Small, Dreaming Bigger

On Day 1, my baseline is 10 squats and 10 sit-ups. That’s where I’m starting, and I’m good with it. In fact, I already did my ten each today—proof that the hardest part is just getting started. By the end of this challenge, my goal is to hit 25 squats and 25 sit-ups daily—or maybe even more if my stamina surprises me. Progress, not perfection, is the mantra.

This is the same principle I coach my clients on: you don’t leap from zero to empire overnight. You start small, stay consistent, and stack wins until momentum kicks in.

Community Makes It Fun

I know myself—I’d never stick with this if I had to do it alone. That’s why I created a private Instagram group DM with friends who are also taking on the challenge. Every day, we’ll be posting our updates, cheering each other on, and laughing at ourselves when we wobble through the tough reps.

Business is the same way. Accountability and community give you staying power. When you surround yourself with people who are moving forward, it’s easier to keep showing up—even when you’d rather quit.

Why This Matters for Solopreneurs

For me, this challenge isn’t about sculpted abs or becoming a gym rat overnight. It’s about proving to myself that consistency really does add up. If I can go from 10 to 25, what else can I do when I commit?

And that’s the exact mindset shift I want more women solopreneurs to embrace. Your business doesn’t grow because you have one brilliant idea—it grows because you show up daily, put in the reps, and keep moving even when it’s uncomfortable.

So, here we go. Thirty days, lots of squats, plenty of sit-ups, and a whole lot of determination. Wish me luck—and if you’re curious, join the challenge and we’ll cheer each other on together.
