  1. I crochet. It’s my zen time. How do you self-care?

  2. I read books outdoors on my patio for self care. I always feel energized when I get back to my day.

Weekly planning works for me too.Plus daily self care is my best way to keep going.Great podcast topic

  4. One of my favorite self-care rituals is to do what ever I want whenever I want. I manage to get enough rest, eat balanced meals, and am determined to get up from my chair at least once an hour, or more frequently to do a quick chore, work out on some of the exercise equipment I have, and play with my dogs. This past week, I managed to groom my old Border Collie, in between my work, and her ability to be patient. She is much more comfortable, now. I got enough fur from her to knit or crochet a blanket!!
