Female Founder Momentum

After 330 episodes, my curiosity and love of experimentation, has me wondering.

What does it mean to reach momentum? And how does momentum change a business, especially when it’s women-owned.

These are the questions we’ll be exploring over the next 12 weeks on Gratitude Geek podcast.

In episode 331, I share why I’m conducting this experiment. Plus, share several updates on upcoming events and opportunities.

A New Series

I am starting a 12-week series with episode 332. Each guest will answer the same momentum questions. I want to learn how women found momentum and where it took them.

This format lets us compare stories while still honoring each guest’s journey. I said, “every single story will be different, but there will be common threads.” That is exactly what I expect.

Awards Recognition

Gratitude Geek is a finalist for the People’s Choice Award from the Marketing Podcast Network Awards. That honor means a lot after more than 100 submissions. The awards livestream is scheduled for July 2026 on the MPN Awards site.

I am proud of the work behind the show. I also know every episode is co-created with a guest. That makes this recognition feel even more special.

Creator Collaboration

I started the Creator Collab Mixer for women creatives who want real collaboration. It meets on the fourth Wednesday of every month at 2:00 p.m. Eastern. It is for podcasters, bloggers, vloggers, newsletter writers, authors, and other content creators.

I want women to meet, connect, and create together. So far, more than 50 women have attended. That tells me the need is real.

Gratitude As Strategy

I also talked about being recognized as a premier authority on gratitude as a business strategy. That work has been part of my message for 15 years. It is grounded in helping small businesses think like big businesses, just at a smaller scale.

I said, “small businesses need to operate like big businesses just at a smaller scale.” That still feels true to me. Gratitude is not fluff. It is a practical business tool.

Gratitude Geek Lab

The Gratitude Geek Lab is my free women-only community. Inside, we do Monday co-working, a monthly book club, and guest trainings. In July, we are focusing on podcast guesting as a visibility tool.

The Lab is built for women who want business growth without bro hustle. It is a place for experimentation, accountability, and support. That kind of space matters when life is already full.

Final Thoughts

I am excited about this next season of the show. I want these interviews to help women see how momentum really works. Also, I want listeners to hear the patterns that show up across different businesses and life stories.

This series is for women who are building in real life, not in a hustle fantasy. I hope it gives you ideas, courage, and a few practical next steps.
