Hi, I’m Kandas Rodarte.

I’m a podcast host, community builder, and believer in what happens when people stop trying to do everything alone.

I’ve been building businesses for more than 30 years. Since 2014, I’ve been doing it while living with metastatic breast cancer. That experience hasn’t made me interested in bigger promises or busier calendars. It’s made me care deeply about useful connections, honest conversations, and building something that fits a real life.

Welcome to the Co-Lab

I believe collaboration and co-creation are the next generation of online marketing. When women creators share their ideas, audiences, skills, and encouragement, more becomes possible for everyone involved.

That’s why I bring people together through the Creator Co-Lab: mixers, podcasts, resources, and real conversations designed to help women find their people, share their genius, and turn ideas into impact.

If you’re a woman creator looking for your next connection, start with a Creator Co-Lab Mixer. If you’re a Gen X woman who wants a regular place to think through what’s next, Brainstorm brings us together for a monthly virtual check-in and ongoing group conversation on Heartbeat.

The conversations I host

On Gratitude Geek, I talk with people about business, mindset, and making meaningful connections. It’s for Gen X women solopreneurs who want practical ideas without the pressure to become someone else to succeed.

I also co-host Sci-Fi Book Pod for nerds and geeks who like to read. It’s a different conversation for a different audience—and every bit as much a part of who I am.

Let’s make something together

I work with partners who value the communities these conversations bring together. Opportunities include Creator Co-Lab Mixer sponsorships, featured-speaker and newsletter placements, Gratitude Geek sponsorships, and ads on Sci-Fi Book Pod.

Stay Groovy!
