Here’s what happened last week:
I’ve had covid for the past couple of weeks, and this past week, it really kicked my butt. I didn’t even realize it was covid until I lost the ability to taste food on Wednesday.
Needless to say, I’m very been very much out of sorts. Had to cancel and postpone quite a few things. And the things I did show up for, I was not my best self.
I even managed to “take the wind out of the sails” of someone. For which, I feel terrible.
I’ll make it up to her.
Substack for Podcasters
Alesia Galati shared with me that Substack now acts like a podcast aggregate not just a host. So I added Sci-Fi Book Pod back to Substack via RSS feed. It works gloriously. Highly recommend. Hand off Substack-ing FTW!
Now, I’m contemplating whether to add the RSS for Gratitude Geek to Substack. Or even, THIS weekly update.
After covid leaves my body, I’ll be better suited to make that decision.

Weekly Post Recap
And now, here’s the recap of the posts from this past week:
- 327: Ksenia Votinova-Arnaud on How to Build a Resilient Business
- 166: Lynn Rivest on Minimalist Business Strategies for Solopreneurs Who Want to Do Less and Earn More
If you are a frequent reader, then you know I’ve been rebuilding my podcast archive for a couple of years now, after my original blog, momgeek.com, was hacked. Thus, the older podcast episode recaps (ya know, the titles that start with numbers).
Looking forward
This week on Gratitude Geek, we are talking once again with Rob Broadhead. This time about digital defense for your small business. A few years ago he joined us to to chat about learned contentment, and the book he wrote about his late wife’s battle with cancer.
Stay Groovy!
