To Threads or not to Threads. Plus, efficiency through scheduling.

Why I can’t quit the feral social media platform that feels like it was created for Gen X. Plus, upcoming podcasts and live events.

Spread the Love

Here’s what happened last week:

Threads is a super fun social media platform. It’s too fun. So I deleted it from my phone just a few weeks after installation. I found myself scrolling way too much.

But then, I added it back. I don’t know why I can’t quit threads. But, I can’t help myself. It’s better than Netflix, y’all. Add me on Threads @kandasrodarte and @gratitudegeek.

My podcast BFF, Amy Stone, is visiting next week. So, I have scheduled podcast releases for Gratitude Geek and Sci-Fi Book Pod, I feel all efficient.

Gratitude Geek releases Tuesday and it’s a dance party with Belly Dance champion, Jenny C. Cohen.

Sci-Fi Book Pod releases Thursday. Shane and I are discussing Agency by William Gibson with my favorite audio book narrator, Paul Heitsch. It’s a really interesting story about an alternate timeline.

If you are a frequent reader, then you know I’ve been rebuilding my podcast archive for a couple of years now, after my original blog, momgeek.com, was hacked. Thus, the older podcast episode recaps (ya know, the titles that start with numbers).
