  1. Gratitude is so wonderful to fill your heart with Love. I do have a Gratitude Jar, and this is a great reminder to start putting my notes in there, for what I am grateful for every day!

  2. I have been working on writing down what makes me smile, grateful, accomplished each day (though not been consistent at it).. it does make me feel happier in the end.
    And watched a bit of that first video (including the spoiler minute!)
